MANILA.
Complaining that only a few new voters were registering, the Commission on Elections
yesterday reminded legal-aged Filipinos they have until the end of the year to
register to be able to vote in the 2007 mid-term elections.
Comelec
Chairman Benjamin Abalos Sr. recalled that the agency has allowed registration
for new voters to take place on Sundays precisely because of appeals from youth
