St. Joseph CWL to
host joint meeting

 

The CWL St. Joseph Vicariate will be hosting a CWL Diocesan Board Unit President's Meeting on Saturday, August 25, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Lindaville CWL Parochial Meeting Hall with Evelyn O. Oracion, CWL vicariate vice president and president of Lindaville CWL Unit and Rev. Fr. Manuel Mendez, spiritual director.

   

Anita Dospueblos, vicariate president, and cathedral unit president will lead the nine unit presidents to host some 150 uest CWL sisters and St. Joseph vicariate officers.

The unit presidents are Amalia R. Tirol, vice president, cathedral unit; Estrella Flores, Cogon Shrine; Ma. Fe Tocmo, Corella; Evelina S. Leyble, Do, Sta. Cruz; Evelyn Oracion, Lindaville Phase I and II; Antonette Matig-a, San Isidro; Nena T. Wong, Sikatuna; Grace Mejares, Taloto; and Teresita Villafuerte, Tubod, Cogon and their units are the sponsors of the lunch for the guest CWL sisters. The Tagbilaran cathedral unit will take charge of the morning and afternoon snacks. They are also members of the working committee for the joint meeting.

The holy mass will be officiated by Rev. Fr. Harold Parilla, chancellor of the diocesan chancery and also the assistant resident priest will open the meeting with his holy mass as main celebrant, and Rev. Fr. Manuel Mendez, Lindaville CWL spiritual director and parish priest. Esperanza Bruñidor, Diocesan CWL president, Diocese of Tagbilaran will be the presiding officer of the meeting with Necitas Arcamo as the diocesan secretary and the 12 diocesan board member. Atty. Roselima Abapo, diocesan first vice president and National CWL board of director and 48 unit presidents and seven vicariate presidents, unit and diocesan board of advisers led by Rosario P. Dejaresco and Esperanza L. Relampagos, also executive director of the CWL Sunshine Home. (Brigida B. Garay)
