Charges filed vs. abductor of teens
By: KIT BAGAIPO

Charges of abduction of minors were filed at the City Prosecutor's Office Friday against the suspect in the kidnapping of two teenage girls some five months ago.

The two missing teenagers are identified as Shiella Kristine Inguito, 14 years old, resident of Sta. Cruz, Baclayon town and Mary Jane Aton, 13 years old, resident of Habitat Village, barangay Bool, this city.

The girls' parents, Marieta Gulles, mother of Mary Jane and Nerio Inguito, father of Shiella Kristine, filed the complaint against one Ruperto Rosal Wagas alias "Eping", a resident of barangay Guiwanon, Baclayon.

Inguito and Aton are second-year students at the Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School, this city.

Based on sworn statements by two classmates of the missing girls, several times they saw the suspect in the company of the two girls and was last seen with them before their disappearance last March 3.

Parents of both girls believe the suspect abducted the two high school students and brought them to Manila.

The parents alleged that Wagas just came back from Manila where he is working.

Both minors were reported missing after they did not return to their homes last March 3.

The two attended a review at DCPNHS in preparation for the National Achievement Test (NSAT).

The Inguito's offered cash reward to anyone who could provide information on the whereabouts of the two teenagers while posters showing pictures of the two girls were posted in public places by their parents and classmates at DCPNHS.
