The
resort, represented by its legal counsel Benjamin Negapatan
and Ireneo Corales agreed in writing that the resort
management will look into the complainants' call not
to remove stones and seaweeds from the seabed area,
to allow access to the sea and EPZ and the call to remove
blockade/obstruction to the sea, including the fence
blocking the lot of Delfin Bonga.
Director
Aranguez told the conferees that the meeting was convened
in order to act on the complaints which were validated
during the conference. In fact, Aranguez asked the resort
representatives to put into writing their commitments
on the "action to be taken regarding the complaints."

or without the barangay road, the resort will allow access
to the sea and the EPZ." This was also assured as a course
of action by Nestor M. Canda, EMB-7 in the province who also
attended the conference. Other attendees were Alden Paco,
