Pacquiao
makes up mind,
decides to run for Congress
Filipino
boxing champion Manny Pacquiao has made up his mind-- he will
definitely run for a congressional seat in the May 14 elections.
Pacquiao
confirmed his decision to end talk that he had turned his
back on politics.
The
people's champ also admitted that at first he was hesitating
to jump into the political fray due to his April fight with
Mexican champion Jorge Solis.

Team Unity
Three
former opposition stalwarts strongly campaigned for
Team Unity as they explained why they decided to join
the administration bandwagon team despite criticisms
from the public.
Boholano
businessmen were afforded with first hand explanations
from Senator Edgar Angara, Senator Tito Sotto and Senator
Tessie Oreta, dubbed as ASO, when they were invited
by the Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc at
the Metro Center Hotel last night.

Sandugo commemoration set
The
historic treaty of friendship is set to be relived anew
as the Bohol Sandugo Foundation, Inc. primes for its
commemorative activities on March 16.
The
whole-day affair will kick-off at 6:30 am with a Wreath-Laying
Ceremony at the Blood Compact Shrine in Bool. Top officials
headed by Governor Erico B. Aumentado and Mayor Dan
Neri Lim are among the expected personalities.

The
"Team Unity" of the Administration is on a
two-day sortie here.
And
"then the Circus came to town", Paul Williams
sang, but Bohol is certainly not "frightened by
the clowns." That is because Bohol is unabashedly
pro-administration country.
In
2004, Bohol was one of the five provinces, that gave
President GMA a resounding margin over Opposition candidate,
the late actor Fernando Poe Jr. - with over 200,000
vote difference.
