Inter-brgy volleyball
tourney set

 

The Buhing Inambitay ug Tinabangay (BIT) Foundation, Inc. will organize an Inter-Barangay Tournament for Girls.

The tournament is exclusive for girls below 18 years old from the different barangays of the City of Tagbilaran. It is scheduled from January 26 - February 10, 2008.

   

The Foundation sees the need of the youth to become good and upright citizens of our society.

It aims at the wholesome development and capability-building of the Boholano youth.
The Inter-Barangay Volleyball Tournament for Girls will harness the potentials of our youth.

Aside from cash prizes and trophies to be awarded to the winners, players of the winning team may qualify to become sport scholars of the Foundation.

In a letter sent to the City Mayor Dan Neri Lim, the Foundation expressed its hope that the officials of the different barangays of the City of Tagbilaran will be encouraged to organize their respective teams and participate in the coming tournament.

As of press time, the organizing committee is already sending letters to the barangay captains of the different barangays of the City of Tagbilaran informing them of the scheduled tournament.
