
Panglao Airport
starts work July
The
proposed P4.2-billion Panglao Bohol International Airport
will finally commence its civil works between July and
December this year, according to General Manager Alfonso
Cusi, Jr. of the Manila International Airport Authority
(MIAA) who arrived here yesterday.
The
MIAA chief executive briefed Gov. Erico Aumentado yesterday
on the latest directive issued by Malacañang
regarding the move to fast track the airport.

retail price of rice

Despite strong objections by lawmakers, the National
Food Authority is increasing the price of the rice it
sells by less than P1 in the next few months, NFA Assistant
