Remnants
of a bigtime syndicate tagged in several major robberies in Bohol and Cebu is
still threatening to strike here anytime.
A
highly placed source told the Chronicle that the syndicate is closely linked to
the band of captured bandit leader Casimiro "Meloy" Garcia and recently
apprehended Roy Fernandez. The Mindanao based robbery group is also a splinter
