LTO operates
on 'red plates'

Government vehicles used for personal and non-official purposes is now the target of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) as it conducts random monitoring in the entire province.

A team from the regional office of the LTO will crackdown on abusive government personnel who use government vehicles to drive their relatives to their places of work or even their children to school.
