Resort and Spa, during the Valentine's Party held at the
Club Atmospheres, MetroCenter Hotel on Feb. 10, 2008.

After
being charged by Rtn. Butchie Zamora II, RC Tagbilaran's
Vice President, the two new Rotarians took their oath
before Rtn. Louella "Baby" Bantol, the club's
President for Rotary Year 2007-2008.
Rotary
Club of Tagbilaran is joining the Rotary World in celebrating
Rotary Week and the club started the weeklong celebration
with a Mass Blood Letting in cooperation with the Philippine
National Red Cross - represented by Dr. Estrella P.
Lim, and with the PMI Colleges campus in Taloto, Tagbilaran
City on February 10, 2008.

In
order to appreciate and to understand the need to plant more
mangroves, on February 12, 2008 a group of RC Tagbilaran Rotarians
headed by its president and Rtn. Dario Rosalejos, the club's
Director for Local Services, braved the rains and visited
the largest mangrove plantation in Asia located in Banacon,
Getafe, Bohol. The group was composed of Rtns. Victor J. Bantol,
Alfons Kascher, Feh G. Corpus, Rosemarie C. Schwartz, Joy
M. Suarez and her friend Lourdes. No less than the former
Tour Guide of the Year awardee and Past President of the Chocolate
Hills Lady Jaycees, Tessie Mapute, guided the group to the
area.
