Bai hoop camp listing
full swing

The enlistment of the participants to the 6th Bai Cristobal summer basketball camp is now in full swing. Prospective participants to the hoop camp have started to flock the designated outlet since last week in order not to skip the one of its kind summer basketball camp here.

Organizers have set Friday, April 5 as the last day of registration of prospective participants to give them ample time to finalize its preparations. Balls and T-shirts are to be given free to the participants.

The said basketball camp slated April 7 to 13 at the PMI gym has two sessions in order to separate the elementary from the high school. Those aged 8 to 12 years are assigned in the morning session (8 a.m. to 12 nn) while those who are 18 and below shall take the afternoon session (1 to 5 p.m.).

The 6th Bai Cristobal Summer Basketball Camp, the only basketball camp which advocates its training through Christian virtues and values consequently molds the young boys and girls to become good leaders of the future aside from preparing them to become basketball players has gained more support from the Boholanos because of the way Bai Cristobal, the chief trainer, and the entirety of his assistants handle the trainees/ participants.

The Bai Cristobal Summer Basketball Camp, the only one here which is done yearly, accepts but only with limited slots in order to personalize the training of the young participants.

Likewise, the Bai Cristobal Summer Basketball Camp is the only one which further hones their participants by holding a mini basketball tournament from among the participants.

Furthermore, the camp is the only one which expose their trainees in actual basketball tournament because it is the only camp which is privileged to participate in the Bohol Schools Amateur Athletic Association (BSAAA).

A bunch of equally qualified local coaches and trainees who are known to have their hearts to young kids, as follows, Lawi Galinato, a former UV Green Lancer and now a commercial coach; Tatang Legitimas, a former BIT Super Cruiser and now coach of the BIT IC Super Cruisers; Many time MVP, Gerwin Cabalit, a former BIT Super Cruiser and now coach of the BWS Golden Dragons; Victor Tesorero, a former UB Baby Lemur and now a BAP referee; Gary Cabalit, a former standout of many local tournaments and now BAP referee; Rustico Pitao, a former UB Flying Lemur and now coach of the BIT Jr. Cruiser; and Abe Galinato, a standout of the National Basketball Conference (NBC).
