God
gives us friends to experience His love through them.
And He did profusely through Stella whose love for family
was lavish, and whose care for others transcended pain.
We
were bound by kinship, family ties, common personality
traits and the same profession and work environment.
As literature lovers, I describe our friendship as one
which even the angels in Heaven would weep in envy.
We weathered life by sharing our joys and sorrows and
even awarded ourselves the title "Mother of the
Year."

I
was with Stella till the very end. She died at 2:28 pm last
Sunday, February 17, 2008. She has gone back to Him, and I
believe with a mission accomplished. Indeed, I shall terribly
miss her, but her memory will live on as an inspiration to
me and others.
Thank
you, Stel, for the loving friendship and its beautiful memories,
and thank you for being you.
