Bohol Wisdom stude is Ms. Carmen 2008

A fourth year high school student of Bohol Wisdom School and a resident of Poblacion Sur, Carmen town won the most coveted crown.

Bregith Dawn Torres, daughter of Joeped Torres and Bregith Dolotina Torres, bested nine other candidates from different barangays of the town. Punong Barangay Susan E. Buga supported the winning lass.

Aside from the major prize of P5,000 and barangay development project worth P30,000, she also received minor and special awards: Best in Interpretation and P500 cash; Miss GRAMS Freight Inc. and P500; Miss Powerhouse and P1,500, and P6,000 worth of training review at Powerhouse Training and Review Center.

Isabel Joy Ancog was adjudged first runner-up, a first year Medical Technologist student of South Western University, the daughter of Marcelo Ancog and Hedilita Sandimas of Nueva Vida Sur. Supporting her bid was Punong Barangay Victor Tesio.
