STAY TUNED TO LIFE'S RADIO

We all have the gift of choice,
To decide our actions and voice.
By tuning in to a precise frequency
You will receive life's energy.

You'll broadcast with the power of love,
From your heart through the ether above.
You'll live by example so others may see,
Another way they can also choose to be.

We all know a dial set between stations
Create static, chaos, and frustrations.
To receive a signal that is loud and clear
You must be willing to live without fear.

No effort is required for a life long smile
Once you set the station don't touch that dial

Remember, its your radio and you're the DJ
You call the shots; you select what to play.
Your station does not broadcast negativity,
That's different station, another frequency.

So, if you want to live a life that's happy, today,
The secret is you choose and tune to what you play.
You are in control of the dial and frequency,
And select a life of positive or negativity.

So, remember the station that you listen to,
Is the one you selected and dialed?
If you don't like how you live, change frequencies.
Once you're on right station…stay tuned.

EVERYDAY'S A GREAT DAY

"Good morning, how are you?" "Fine, thank you.
And how are you this morning? "I'm fine too."
These questions and answers are social courtesy,
Not what's really in our hearts, just a pleasantry.

Nothing more than mutual exchange of greetings everyday,
It's what has become expected for each of us to say.
But since we're going to say it to people that we meet,
Why not start to believe it and make life sweet?

I hear of people getting up on the wrong side of the bed,
This appears impossible, it may just be in their head
Because my bed has four sides and all of them are right,
It simply serves to carry me through a peaceful night.

When I get up in the morning put my feet on the floor,
I anxiously await the opportunities outside the door.
I quickly scan the area, seek out the first person I see,
Walk up, look 'um in the eye for the reflection of me.

I greet each with a warm smile coming from my heart,
What a fantastic way for each new day to start.
For we are one big family, all sisters and brothers,
And everyday's a great day, some just different from others.
