The
Bohol Wisdom School is hot on trail they continued its winning
streak as. The mini dragons shaded archrival Bohol Institute
of Technology International College mini cruisers, 55-49 in
semi final round of the on going 13th Bohol Schools amateur
athletic association (BSAAA) 3rd Graham C. Lim Basketball
challenge at the UB Gym.
Despite
the absence of ace scorer Rey Magtahas, the mini Dragons managed
to topple the archrival as the much improved Kevin Mascariñas
ignited an uprising to break away in the 1st half, 28-17.
Tall
boy Kyle Panong joined the prey in the 2nd half as he jelled
with Mascariñas keep the Mini Dragons from a distance.
Unfazed
by the formidable duo, John Clyde Pitao, single handedly initiated
a rally to bring his team closer at 48-46. But his efforts
went to naught as he could not get any support from his teammates
to the dismay of the coaching staff of the Mini Cruisers,
to yield as the final buzzer sounded.

The
victory gave the mini Dragons the right to keep their
title-retention bid alive.
Reliable reports revealed that Magtahas have been imposed
disciplinary action for skipping practices.
Halftime
score was 28-17.
With
the return of big boy Kent Galaura and the consitent
plays of Brel Meuro, BIT IC Jr. Cruisers shamed UB Baby
Lemurs, 77-53 in their home court.
As
Galaura controlled the boards, Meurom fired his arsenals
from all angels with accurate precision to run away
at lemon time, 38-25.
Meurom
and Galaura continued their game long brilliance to
take control of the game and dictated its tempo.

In
another game, Holy Spirit School Mini Crusaders to stay alive
for a finals berth as they clobbered BWS Jagurs, 56-16.
