The taskforce team led by Custodio will be in Bohol on January 10-11 to conduct meetings and ocular site inspection in Bohol, and finalize arrangements with the provincial government, city government of Tagbilaran, and municipal government of Panglao.

The team will pay a courtesy call to Aumentado at 1:30 p.m. this Thursday and discuss arrangements with the provincial government.

The taskforce team will arrive Tagbilaran at 9:30 a.m. and will check in at Bohol Beach Club by 10 a.m. and finalize the contract with BBC executives. At 3 p.m., they will meet with Tagbilaran City Mayor Dan Lim to finalize arrangements with the city government and conduct an ocular inspection of dinner venues for the HRDWG meeting at 5 p.m.

On January 11, they will have a meeting at 9 a.m. with Panglao Mayor Benedicto Alcala to finalize arrangements with the municipal government of Panglao.
