P. Alesna, Dr. Felino C. Columnas, Dr. Avelina M. Cloma,
Dr. Cheryle Faith C. Cajes, Dr. Dulce Adolfa Lacea,
Dr. Gladives C. Samson and Dr. Leodosia I. Virtucio.
The
first lady of the province, Peregrina Aumentado and
Board Member Ma. Fe T. Camacho-Lejos of the 2nd District
of Bohol cut the ribbon during the opening.
