2 Boholanos top
doctors licensure

   
 

There are already two Boholanos who topped the licensure examination for physicians given by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).

The first Boholano topnotcher was Dr. Alfonso Dampog of Batuan town who topped the licensure test in 1967. He is a product of Southwestern University in Cebu City.

   

Dampog was a consistent scholar graduating as valedictorian of Batuan Elementary School and at the Bohol High School Class 1959 with two college scholarship grants.

The second Boholano to top the physicians' board exam was Dr. Edilfavia Mae Suaybaguio Uy of this city. She topped the latest board exam with a rating of 86.33%.

She completed her medical studies at the Cebu Doctor's College of Medicine, cum laude. A consistent scholar, Uy graduated valedictorian from both elementary and high school at the Bohol Wisdom School, magna cum laude in psychology at the Cebu Doctor's University.
