Proem
The
rules on parliamentary procedures are very long. I could not cover it with a series
of short articles. If somebody is willing to finance the publication of a handbook
on Parliamentary Procedures using the Sugboanon Bisaya, I am willing to undertake
the project. So we will end these series of articles and those who are interested
further are welcomed to ask me the Bisayan equivalents.
Han-ay
Sa Uswa (Order of Precedence)
Unang Pilipid (First Category). - MGA
MISIK (PRIVILEGED) NGA HANYAG (Privileged Motions). Kining maong mga hanyag unang
pihig (priority) gayod ug kinahanglan nga tagdon dayon.
1. Pagtínò
sa taknà sa pagtagpos sa tigom (Determine the time for adjournment).

Pagtapos sa tigom (Adjournment of meeting).
3. Pagbagánban (Recess).
4.
Pagpasaka sa sukot sa misik (Question of privilege).
5. Pagtawág sa
han-ay sa adlaw (Call for the Order of the Day).
Ika-duhang Pilipid (Category
II). - ABÁY NGA HANYAG (Subsidiary Motion).
6. Pagbusta sa Igsapayan
(Lay the Matter on the Table).
7. Tawag sa Nahiunang Pangutana o (Hanyag sa
Pag-undang sa Lantugi ug pag-ilim dayon). (Call for the previous question or Stop
the debate and to vote.)
8. Salimuad sa Kutol sa Lantugi (Modify the Limits
of Debate).
9. Tinò Nga Laghon (Postpone Definitely).

ang kinaulahian og lunâ u gang ilang mga pananglitan bisan unsa lang ang
han-ay basta ulahon lamang sila sa 12 ka mga hanyag nga nahitálà
sa ibabáw.
• Pagkuhà sa pagbústa (Take from the Table).

Balikdúmdom (Reconsider).
• Bawi o Salikway (Rescind or repeal).

Pánas (Pagpálà gikan sa kasulatan) [Expunge or Strike out
from the Record].
