Youth
Days '08 all set Many
youth are expected to gather as the Diocesan Commission on Youth of the Diocese
of Tagbilaran holds anew the Diocesan Youth Days 2008, Dec. 27-28 at St. Nicholas
de Tolentino Parish, Poblacion, Dimiao town.
This
year's theme is "You Will Receive Power When the Holy Spirit Will Come Upon
You and You Will be My Witnesses."
The
event aims to: Gather Catholic youth from all over the Diocese to celebrate the
life of youth ministry; Deepen faith through reflection on the theme; Foster and
nurture prayerful life in order to be the living witnesses of Christ's love, and;
Re-affirm that the church cares for the young.

Dec.
27: 7-9, morning - arrival/ registration, 9:30-10 - preparation for the holy mass,
10-11:30 - opening Eucharistic celebration, 11:30-1 - lunch; afternoon 1-2 - opening
program, 2-3 - talk show, 3:30-4 - animation, 4-5 - Talk: Fr. Jonathan Pacudan,
5-6 - sharing, 6-7 - Angelus live - LOC, 7-8 - dinner; 8-10 - taize prayer confession,
10-12 - cultural show.

28, afternoon, 12-2:30 - Youth Jam, 2:30 - rest, 5:30 - closing mass, main celebrant:
Bishop Leonardo Medroso, giving of certificates, announcement of the next DYD

THE YOUTH
The
youth of the Diocese of Tagbilaran and Catholic Youth Organizations are enjoined
to the big gathering.
They
must have undergone major formations or the designed program in their respective
organizations. They have to approach their Parish Youth Coordinator and Parish
Priest for more information about these formations, and other details regarding
