The project includes construction of back-up facilities like bleachers, shower and filter rooms complete with filter equipments and cleaning accessories based on the scope of works, the project will be completed within 90-210 workable days with an estimated cost of P3.8 million.

Groundbreaking was held last Nov. 8. Present during the ceremony were Carmen Mayor Manuel R. Molina, Grace D. Molina, councilors Alfredo Luengas and Primo Digao, Engr. Manny Abella of Bethesda Pool Builders and some LGU employees. Rev. Fr. Carmelo Aguhar, Assistant Parish Priest of St. Anthony the Abbot Parish consecrated the intended area.
