Affairs Sec. Gabriel Claudio has cited the Filipino First Policy (FFP), the brainchild
of then President Carlos P. Garcia, espoused by the administration of Pres. Gloria
Macapagal-Arroyo.
Claudio spoke before a jam-packed crowd at Bohol Cultural
Center as guest of honor during yesterday's 112th birth anniversary of the fourth
president of the third Philippine Republic.
