Levi T. Arboleda died last September 19. He was 81 years old.

The late Levi was laid to rest yesterday at Dauis Catholic cemetery after the 2 p.m. requiem mass at the Sto. Nino de Tubod Chapel, Penaflor Street, Tagbilaran City.

He is survived by his wife Lucrecia Quejada Arboleda and children.


HNU law dean dies, 88 Lawyer Sulpicio A. Tinampay, one of Bohol's topnotch lawyers passed away last Thursday at the age of 88.

Tinampay served as dean of law at the Holy Name University (formerly Divine Word College.

Surviving him are children Sulpicio Jr, J. Albert, Mariam Gutang, Fe Olario, Jimmy, Sister Ma. Ana Luz Corazon, Lety_Maria Te, Nelson and Cyril, in laws, grandchildren and great grand children.

Interment will be at the Dampas Catholic Cemetery after a requiem at the St. Joseph Cathedral at 1pm today


Ex-police chief succumbs

Former Police Chief Doroteo P. Paredes died last Thursday. He was 87.

Surviving are wife, Primtiva, children: Fr. Migs, Oreste, Jona Uy, Sosimo and Michael Paredes.

Interment will be on Tuesday, after a requiem mass at the St. Joseph Cathedral at 10 o'clock in the morning.


Former Maribojoc first lady dies

Caridad T. Rubillar, wife of former Maribojoc Mayor Jacinto Rubillar expired last Thursday. She just turned 86.

Her remains will be buried this afternoon at the Maribjoc Catholic Cemetery. Prior to the final blessing, a mass will be officiated at the Cogon Shrine at 1 o'clock this afternoon.

Surviving are children: Nora, Inday- Bill, Robert Fely, Mariette, Lottie and Jojo, Nennete-Chris, Johnny-Dotit, Bobs-Felix, Leppie-Nonong, Susan-Rommie, Caloy-Farouk and Jj-Carol, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
