"No takers" for
Napocor plant

Private investors in the power industry here are not interested in buying the old and dilapidated Bohol Diesel Power Plant in Dampas which is being offered for sale by the National Power Corporation (Napocor).

For two managers of the leading power distribution utilities in the province - Bohol Electric Cooperative (Boheco1 and 2) and Bohol Light Company Inc. - the Napocor plant is "almost a scrap" that is "not viable for rehabilitation".FULL STORY
