House of Torralba, Inc.
Honors Young Leaders

The House of Torralba Foundation, Inc. had awarded Leadership Medals to outstanding graduates with exemplary leadership skills from Tagbilaran City's public secondary schools.

"This year, we are implementing the project for students who rise above the rest with the qualities of a humble and responsible leader," explains Mr. Noel D. Bullecer, president of the foundation.

This year's awardees include: Sandy H. Piloton of CVSCAFT-Tagbilaran City Campus; Prisco Reyes III of Cogon Night High School; Louie S. Adem and Bernard L. Paigan of Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School; Rushiel B. Berongoy of Manga National High School; Jenelyn Estares of Mansasa High School; Dianne Faith B. Cirunay of Tagbilaran City Science High School; and Mary Ann Valeroso of Tagbilaran High School for the Hearing Impaired.

The House of Torralba Foundation, Inc., established in July 1996 is a non-stock, non-profit organization based in Tagbilaran City. It is devoted to strengthening family ties and bonds within the clan through fellowship, camaraderie and community projects.

The awardees were individually given the medals during the graduation rites of their respective schools. This was learned from Madam Evelyn D. Torralba, project chairperson and secretary to the foundation. "We hope that with this award, the deserving student will be encouraged to continue on the path towards good leadership and a brighter tomorrow for the community where he/she belongs."
