Board Member Cesar "Yul" Lopez was elected recently president of the
Tagbilaran City DepEd Division Federated Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) in
an election held Friday last week at the Cogon Central Elementary School.

presidents from all public and private primary and secondary schools in the City
of Tagbilaran selected Lopez who is the Federated PTA president of the Victoriano
D. Tirol, Sr. - Advanced Learning Center (VDT-ALC). As such, Lopez shall sit in
the Tagbilaran City School Board for schoolyear 2009-2010.
Elected Vice
President was Max Almedilla of Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School.
Secretary
