5 vie for governor

Five aspirants for governor have formalized their candidacies as the Comelec ended the acceptance of certificates of candidacy (COC) at 12 midnight Tuesday.

The last two gubernatorial bets to submit their COCs at the provincial Comelec office last night were Rep. Edgar Chatto and independent candidate Eunice Cabillo-Campo. FULL STORY
