CLOSED FOR HABAL-HABAL. There will be no more habal-habal operators allowed
within the city starting tomorrow after LTO Registar Joel Maloloy-on will welcome
a 20-man team from the regional offices to implement the total ban of habal-habal
in the city. The presence of other mode of transportation in the city justifies
the removal of their operation here. However, they will be allowed to operate
in the towns. Habal-habal is a "motor taxi" which carries 3 to 4 passengers.
