If
body language will be taken as basis, there is no doubt that Vice Gov. Julius
Herrera and Rep. Edgar Chatto are determined to run for governor next year.
Both
were visible during the grand launching of the world's longest full-length hand-woven
raffia fabric in Inabanga town last Monday.
The
two gubernatorial timbers were shown on the roving stage where the raffia was
loaded while
it was laid along the national highway reaching a stretch of 1.6 kilometers.
