councilors are proposing to purchase a brand new bulldozer with an estimated cost
of P12 million, anticipating a quick solution to the uncontrolled littering at
the garbage dumpsite in barangay Dampas, this city.

sanitation, said it will be feasible for the city government to acquire the heavy
equipment rather than lease it from a private contractor.
