As the number of swine flu victims climbed to 392 yesterday with the confirmation
of 48 new cases, the Department of Health started to act against traders unscrupulously
taking advantage of people's fear of the novel and potentially deadly influenza
virus.
The
authorities said, however, that of the 392 confirmed cases, 70 percent or 275
have already fully recovered as of yesterday.
