Parents of a man who was shot dead Sunday dawn at a three-storey apartment in J. Borja Street this city identified the victim to be their son Monday afternoon.

Jacinto Decasa went to Funeraria Gomez Monday after he was informed that his son, Jack Lord Decasa, 30 years old, was gunned down by one Eduardo Flores Enerio at the 2nd floor of an apartment building owned by the latter.FULL STORY
