RELIEF ASSISTANCE. The Diocese of Tagbilaran in coordination with dyRD and The Bohol Chronicle formally closed their relief assistance project yesterday. Bishop Leonardo Medroso issued the appeal for donations to be sent through the parishes while a tandem operation was also conducted by dyRD-Chronicle with donors aired and acknowledged daily over the airlanes. All donations were send to Caritas Manila, Inc. The relief goods were shipped yesterday courtesy of Negros Navigation.
HOT CARS IMPOUNDED. At least four "hot cars" or carnapped vehicles were impounded by the Traffic Management Group (TMG) at Camp Dagohoy as proper charges will be filed against the owners momentarily. Police Inspector Moises Deluna said three are Nissan Urvan and a Pajero were bought as second hand vehicles by innocent buyers.
