GMA: Start Panglao Airport
MANILA. Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo issued marching orders that the much delayed Panglao Bohol International Airport should start its construction Christmas this year.

FINALLY TO COMMENCE? This proposed Panglao Bohol International Airport will kick off the ground work for the runway and navigational facilities by December this year. However, this terminal building (in the perspective) will come later as the government decided to let the private sector undertake the project under a build-operate-transfer BOT scheme.

to Dampas overpriced deal
"I will reveal their names in the right time," assured a lot owner at the Dampas dumpsite as she narrated that three ranking officials of the city government were allegedly involved in the overpricing of lot purchase.
