Investigators have identified at least 20 "prominent" businessmen and
other key individuals as deeply involved in destabilization plots, Justice Secretary
Raul Gonzalez said.
Gonzalez
did not identify the alleged financiers who he said gave "direct" aid
to the destabilization efforts but he claimed some of them were owners of franchises
