ROAD NEAR COMPLETION. One of the flagship projects by Gov. Erico B. Aumentado
known as the Bohol Circumferential Road Improvement Project, Under Arterial Road
Links Development Project IV, Contract Package 2, Candijay Jagna Valencia Section
under contract with C.M. Pancho Construction Inc. is now nearing its completion.
Although the JBIC Loan agreement will expire in January 2007, the project is ahead
of schedule to be substantially completed by end of this month, with 2.85% positive
slippage, as of June 25, 2006. The positive slippage is attributed to the deployment
of more than enough highly skilled workers and brand new equipment and fully computerized
batching plant run by highly trained operators under the supervision of competent
licensed mechanical and civil engineers ensuring safety of manpower, quality of
work and project completion ahead of time. The riding public will be benefited
by the early completion of the Circumferential Road especially the commuters from
Tagbilaran City to Ubay town. It will also attract tourists coming to the province
to see beauty spots in municipalities specially the Anda Peninsula where white
beaches can also be seen. Traveling on the newly concreted Circumferential Road
is comfortable and safe, and boredom can be eliminated while on the road. Travel
time will be reduced courtesy of the Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP).

80s because the corporations had downsized, computerized and outsource internationally. FULL
