suspect, Grace Abuyabor, 34, finally confessed to the crime to her brother-in-law,
SPO3 David Niluag, Tagbilaran PNP criminal investigator Friday midnight when confronted
about it.

Arroyo
orders Reds crushed in 2 years
ISABELA.
In a move tantamount to a declaration of war, President Macapagal-Arroyo yesterday
committed billions of pesos in funds to fight the 37-year-old communist insurgency
with guns and development projects.
Malacañang officials indicated
their timetable called for defeating the insurgency in the “critical areas”
in one to two years.

barangay Anislag, Maribojoc town last Tuesday 20-year old Lilibeth Lugaos was
shot dead by two motorcycle-riding cellphone snatchers.
